We design and fully automate our fixtures to ensure they are tried and tested for optimum function as well as ease of use, and will always aim to minimise fixture costs and factory floor space used by creating none handed fixtures where possible.

Component assembly fixtures
We've designed countless assembly fixtures for a range of applications. These include fixtures for:

Welding
Clipping
Screwing
Sealing
Gluing
Application of specialist tape

Lineside checking
Whether it be beside an assembly line or manufacturing machine we have designed fixtures to check components and assemblies meet desired specifications.

CMM fixtures
We design fixtures to work in conjunction with Coordinate Measurement Machines. These take into account access for the measurement probe to ensure a minimum set up cost.

Compensation cooling fixtures
From time to time an injection moulding manufacturer may experience unpredicted undesirable distortion of a part when it is left to cool naturally.

We have developed our design methodologies to enable the original part CAD data to be overcompensated by any parameter the injection mould manufacturer specifies. This enables the development of an exacting cooling fixture to ensure that the released part cools into it's nominal state to the original CAD.

We've developed a suite of fixtures for the component assembly of a super car.
