Component assembly fixtures

We design fixtures to work in conjunction with Coordinate Measurement Machines. These take into account access for the measurement probe to ensure a minimum set up cost.
Compensation cooling fixtures
From time to time an injection moulding manufacturer may experience unpredicted undesirable distortion of a part when it is left to cool naturally.
We have developed our design methodologies to enable the original part CAD data to be overcompensated by any parameter the injection mould manufacturer specifies. This enables the development of an exacting cooling fixture to ensure that the released part cools into it's nominal state to the original CAD.
